This promotion is a free trade promotion. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding. By entering, participants agree to these Rules of Promotion.

1. Eligibility to Enter
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.2. Promotion Period
The promotion commences and closes at the times advertised on the official promotion page. All times are Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT).All entries in this promotion are free. No purchase or payment is required to participate. Entrants may enter by completing the official entry form provided by the Promoter for this specific promotion. Purchasing any product or service does not increase the chance of winning.
The Promoter may set a maximum number of entries per person. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, automated, fraudulent, or otherwise in breach of these rules.
There is one (1) prize consisting of $55,000 AUD cash. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable.
The prize may be paid to the winner by cash payment, bank transfer, or a combination of both. The Promoter may, at its discretion and with the winner’s agreement, pay the prize in up to four (4) instalments within the required prize delivery period.
The Promoter guarantees that the advertised prize will be awarded in full. Prize funding may be provided from operational revenue or external funding arrangements including related-party loans, capital contributions, or third-party funding providers. If sufficient funds have not yet been gathered at the time of prize delivery, the Promoter will utilise third-party funding arrangements to ensure the winner is paid in full.
The draw will take place at 8:30pm AEDT on 8 February 2026 using a random selection system from all valid entries. The draw may be recorded and logged for compliance purposes.
The winner will be notified by telephone, email, and/or social media message within two (2) business days of the draw. Notification may occur through platforms including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or other official LXG AU social media accounts. The winner’s name may be published on the Promoter’s website and social media platforms.
10. Prize Delivery
The prize will be paid within twenty-eight (28) days of verification of the winner’s identity and banking details, whether in a single payment or approved instalments as outlined above.
11. Unclaimed Prize
If the prize is not claimed within three (3) months of the draw, a redraw will be conducted as required by NSW Fair Trading.
The Promoter may verify the identity of entrants and may refuse to award a prize if these rules are not followed.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and used solely for the conduct of this promotion.
