RULES OF PROMOTION – TRADE PROMOTION

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.

2. Promotion Period

The promotion commences and closes at the time of the draw on 27 March 2026 at 9:30pm AEDT. All times are Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT).

3. Method of Entry – Free Promotion

All entries in this promotion are free. No purchase or payment is required to participate. Entrants may enter by completing the official entry form provided by the Promoter.

4. Entry Limits and Validity

The Promoter may set a maximum number of entries per person and may disqualify any incomplete, automated, or fraudulent entries.

5. Prize Details

There is one (1) prize consisting of $200,000 AUD cash. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable.

6. Method of Prize Payment

The prize may be paid to the winner by cash payment, bank transfer, or a combination of both. With the winner’s agreement, the Promoter may pay the prize in instalments within the permitted prize delivery period.

7. Guarantee of Prizes

The Promoter guarantees that the advertised prize will be awarded in full. Prize funding may be sourced from operational revenue or external funding arrangements.

8. Draw Details

The draw will take place at 9:30pm AEDT on 27 March 2026 using a random selection system from all valid entries. The draw may be recorded and logged for compliance purposes.

9. Notification of Winner

The winner will be notified by telephone, email, and/or social media message within two (2) business days of the draw.

10. Publication of Winner

The winner’s first name, last initial and state may be published on the Promoter’s website and official LXG AU social media platforms.

11. Prize Delivery

The prize will be delivered within twenty-eight (28) days after verification of the winner’s identity and payment details.

12. Unclaimed Prize

If the prize is not claimed within three (3) months, a redraw may occur in accordance with applicable regulations.

13. Verification

The Promoter may verify the identity of entrants and may refuse to award a prize if these rules are breached.

14. Privacy

Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

15. General Conditions

The Promoter’s decision is final and binding. By entering this promotion, participants agree to these Rules of Promotion.
